About Pre-loved Tactical
We buy whole collections from airsofters who are hanging up their rig — the
player who has moved on, the one whose knees have given up, the family
clearing a loft. It arrives as it was left: muddy, in bin bags, missing a
buckle.
Every piece is washed, checked and made right before it goes back out. What
cannot be made right is sold as spares and said so plainly in the title. We
photograph each item against a tape measure so the size you read is the size
you can see, and we name the faults rather than hiding them in the small print.
It is good kit. It cost someone a lot of money, it has one season on it, and
it deserves a second owner rather than a skip.
Delivery & returns
Everything except airsoft guns is sold through eBay, so payment, delivery and
buyer protection are handled there and you get eBay's cover on the purchase.
Posted within two working days of payment.
- UK delivery on everything, priced per item.
- Buying more than one? Postage is £1 for each extra item — add them
within 7 days and eBay works it out at checkout.
- Worldwide delivery to around a hundred countries. eBay quotes the
postage and any import charges before you pay, collects them with the
order, and handles the customs paperwork itself. Nothing to settle at
your door.
- Airsoft guns are UK only and are not sold through eBay — see the
notice on any gun listing.
- Returns are handled under eBay's policy for items bought there.
Anything unclear, message through the eBay listing and we will answer properly.
British Army VIRTUS DWD Dynamic Weight Distribution System Size L Source 2018
£59.99 · Used — excellent · £7.95 postage
Genuine British Army VIRTUS DWD (Dynamic Weight Distribution) system, made by Source Tactical. Size L. Used, in very good condition.
LABELLED
DWD - L - NSN: 8470-31-016-1019 - SSP/00001 - YoM 2018 (see photos). The Source logo is moulded into the spine.
WHAT IT IS
The DWD is the load-transfer "spine" at the heart of the VIRTUS soldier system. It runs up the wearer's back and links the body armour, Bergen or daysack to the waist belt. An adjuster in the small of the back lets you shift the weight between your shoulders and your hips while you are moving, which delays fatigue on long carries.
WHAT YOU GET
- DWD spine with its rigid moulded sections and shoulder yoke
- Adjuster cable and pull tab
- MTP / Multicam webbing straps and retainers, as issued
CONDITION
Used issue kit in very good order. The plastic is unbroken, the adjuster moves freely and all the webbing is sound. Light marks only (see photos).
Note: this is the DWD system on its own. No vest, Bergen, belt or body armour is included.
Genuine VIRTUS kit is hard to find and sought after for airsoft loadouts, collections and load carriage. Please look at all photos, they form part of the description. Private seller, posted within 2 working days of payment.
