About Pre-loved Tactical
We buy whole collections from airsofters who are hanging up their rig — the
player who has moved on, the one whose knees have given up, the family
clearing a loft. It arrives as it was left: muddy, in bin bags, missing a
buckle.
Every piece is washed, checked and made right before it goes back out. What
cannot be made right is sold as spares and said so plainly in the title. We
photograph each item against a tape measure so the size you read is the size
you can see, and we name the faults rather than hiding them in the small print.
It is good kit. It cost someone a lot of money, it has one season on it, and
it deserves a second owner rather than a skip.

It is a one-person operation rather than a trade retailer: kit is bought from airsofters leaving the sport, from clubs, and from families clearing a loft, then cleaned and sold on.

- Pouches, plate carriers and rigs, magazine carriers, combat clothing, helmets and head gear, bags, optics, rifle parts, patches and airsoft guns. Genuine British Army surplus alongside airsoft kit, all second-hand unless a listing says new.

- How to buy
- Everything is bought on this site, with the basket and a card. There is no other route: the shop takes the payment, owns the order and answers the returns.
- Delivery
- Posted from the UK within two working days of payment. Parcels go Royal Mail Tracked 48; a large letter goes 2nd Class, untracked. An airsoft gun goes Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Age Verification, so somebody 18 or over must be in to show photo ID to the courier. United Kingdom addresses only. Postage is priced per item, and is GBP 1 for each extra item on the same order.
- Returns
- 14 days to change your mind from the day it arrives, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We refund the price and the postage you paid to receive it; you pay to post it back. If it is faulty or not as described, we pay both ways and you have longer than 14 days. Write to the address below.
- Age and the law
- Airsoft guns are realistic imitation firearms: over 18s only, and sold only to buyers with a defence under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, checked by hand before anything is sent. Blank cartridges are over 18s only. Body armour covers are sold without plates unless the listing says otherwise.

Questions
- Is everything second-hand?
- Yes, unless a listing says otherwise. Kit is bought from airsofters leaving the sport, from clubs, and from families clearing a loft, then cleaned and checked before it is photographed. A few items are new, sealed or opened but unused, and those say so in the title.
- How do I buy something?
- Everything is bought on this site, with the basket and a card handled by Stripe, who take the card details - they never touch our server. There is no other route to buy: the order, the delivery and the returns are all ours.
- Can I buy an airsoft gun?
- Only if you are over 18 and have a defence under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 - UKARA registration, membership of an airsoft site, re-enactment, or another ground listed in the Act. You order it here like anything else and tell us your defence at checkout; your card is authorised, not charged. We check the defence by hand, then take the payment and post it - and if we cannot verify it, the hold is released and you pay nothing. The defence is checked before anything is sent, and airsoft guns are sent within the UK only.
- Do you deliver outside the UK?
- Not at the moment. Orders are posted to United Kingdom addresses only, and the checkout will not accept an address anywhere else. If you are abroad and want something, write to us and we will tell you honestly whether we can post it and what it would cost.
- How much is postage if I buy more than one thing?
- Postage is priced per item, and each extra item on the same order adds GBP 1 - the dearest item's postage in full, a pound for each one after. The basket works it out as you go.
- What condition is the kit in?
- Everything is washed and checked before it is photographed, and every fault is named in the description rather than hidden in the small print. Anything beyond repair is sold as spares and says so in the title.
- Do body armour covers come with the plates?
- No. A cover or carrier is sold as a cover unless the listing says otherwise, and where plates or soft filler are included it is stated plainly in the title.
- Where are you based?
- Eastbourne, East Sussex. Everything is held, cleaned, photographed and posted from the UK.
- Can I return something?
- Yes. You have 14 days from the day it arrives to change your mind, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and longer if it is not as described. Changed your mind: we refund the price and the postage you paid, and you pay to send it back. Faulty or not as described: we pay both ways. Write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.

- An airsoft gun goes Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Age
Verification. The courier asks for photo ID at the door and will
not leave it with a neighbour, in a safe place, or with anyone under
18. Somebody 18 or over has to be in to take it — worth
thinking about before you choose the delivery address.
- Everything else goes Royal Mail Tracked 48 and you get the number by
email the moment it is posted. A large letter — a patch, a cap
badge, something thin — goes 2nd Class and is not tracked,
because tracking one costs more than the postage does. The email
says which you got.
- Postage is priced per item and shown on the item and in the
basket before you pay.
- Buying more than one? You pay the dearest item's postage in
full and £1 for each one after. The basket works it out as you go.
- Airsoft guns are posted once we have checked your defence under
the Violent Crime Reduction Act — see the notice on any gun.
